Matches don’t happen without referees, which is why our events also provide valuable opportunities for these participants too
Our events are high-quality, competitive, premier Touch tournaments and we need referees to suit.
National squads and high quality clubs deserve high performing referees at major events and we aim to provide the perfect opportunity for referees to get ready for the big games!
Referees are a much valued part of our mission at OT7. As Touch grows in popularity, the need for more referees grows with it.
We acknowledge this need and are committed to help support and develop our previous attending referees whilst also working to recruit and retain more referees moving forward.
In order to support those who back and promote what we do, we aim is to offer full time referees the following for your services:
► Free to attend. There will be NO levy costs for referees to attend our events, ever.
► Free/subsidised accommodation (B&B) for Thursday/Friday/Saturday, based on twin rooms, on a Bed and Breakfast basis. If you’re wanting to arrive earlier/stay longer - you can do so at the same discounted tournament rate.
► Free ground transport to/from hotel
► Free entry into the after party (inc complimentary drink)
► Free bespoke referee kit (for new refs)
► Upgrade opportunity (if applicable). We will be engaging with the relevant bodies to explore the possibility and opportunity to upgrade eligible referees in the Touch Europe system
► High quality coaching. We are committed to ensuring quality coaching is provided at all OT7 Tournaments.
OT7 is currently working on our partnership proposal, to secure further incentives that provide value to our group of referees. Once confirmed, we will announce those.

In partnership with Touch España, Touch N' Tapas, will bring together Seniors and Masters teams from around the world, to the beautiful Alicante.
